As the legend goes, Sultan Abu Bakar of Johor on a visit to Europe missed home food, ordered his private chefs to cook a laksa, but by using spaghetti instead of egg noodles. And thus, the Laksa Johor was born by royal provenance.
Ours are as true to the legend, a luxurious treat of rich and thick gravy of white sardine meat. Good for 2 persons, comes with belinjau crackers and sambal daun kayu or similar.
